Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked turkey (or chicken)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
    1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    First make sure your turkey is thawed and is hollowed.
    Keep that little pack of giblets and the neck (we've got a use for them).
    Now peel completely two or three grapefruits.
    It depends on the size of your turkey (we're going to stuff the bird full of fruit).
    Make sure you get rid of all that white pich, it gives a bitter taste.
