Sour Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. commercial sour cream
3 Tbsp. minced chives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together well.
Spoon over sliced cucumbers or tender young leaf lettuce.
Also delicious on baked potatoes.
