Ingredients

1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. Knox gelatine (plain)
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation

Pat dry the first 5 ingredients.
Before using, add water, mayonnaise and gelatine and mix well.
Pour in mold or a bowl and let sit in refrigerator until firm.
Serve with Town House or any crackers.
