Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Coat bottom and sides. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
Add onions, peppers and cheese.
Pour into pan.
Bake until eggs are set (approximately 35 minutes) at 350\u00b0.
