Broccoli Cornbread #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. (3/4 c.) cottage cheese
    1/2 c. oleo (1 stick), melted
    1 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix
    broccoli,
    onion,
    eggs,
    cottage cheese, oleo and salt. Last,
    add
    cornbread mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
