Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 piece flank steak (1 1/2-inches thick; London broil)
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. corn oil
1/3 soy sauce
Preparation
-
Rub steak with garlic.
Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate overnight, covered tightly.
Broil or grill to desired doneness.
Slice across the grain.
(Leftover marinade may be heated and passed with meat.)
