Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the dry ones. Stir to dampen everything.
Makes 2 loaf pans (greased) or 3 foil loaves (8 x 3 3/4-inch).
