Steak In Mandarin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. flank steak, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. mandarin juice
    3 scallions, chopped in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. red pepper, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/2 can beef broth
    2 c. cooked white rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated mandarin rind
    1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Mix beef broth, mandarin juice, mandarin rind, brown sugar and soy sauce.
    Set aside.
