Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. water
    flour
Preparation
    Beat together.
    Add flour to make a very stiff dough.
    Knead the dough until smooth.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Roll out until very thin.
    Let dry 1 hour.
    Cut fine.
    Shake apart.
    Let dry a little more.
