Olive'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. each: vanilla, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
3 c. apples, chopped small
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend in order the ingredients.
Mix good.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Don't overbake.
Try using carrots or sweet potatoes for a variety instead of apples.
