Chip Beef Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 pkg. chipped beef
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and milk.
    Add onion, pepper, chipped beef and sour cream.
    Top with pecans and margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
