Ham Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. condensed mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sharp mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. cubed ham
    2 c. seasoned mashed yams
Preparation
    Cook green pepper in margarine 3 minutes.
    Combine soup and milk, add onions, pepper and mustard.
    Blend flour and water.
    Add to soup, stirring over low heat until thick.
    Add green pepper and ham.
    Place in greased casserole and top with fluffy yams. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
