Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium carrots, grated
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg, allspice, salt
1 c. raisins
1 1/3 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
-
Cook carrots, sugar, butter or margarine, cloves, nutmeg, salt, raisins, water and cinnamon in a saucepan, allowing to boil for 5 minutes.
Cool.
