Mexican Caviar(Salsa) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans chopped ripe olives
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 chopped green onions
2 mashed cloves garlic
3 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
dash of seasoning salt
Preparation

Using a bowl, you can put a lid on.
Mash garlic and rub in bottom of bowl.
Leave garlic in bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Cover and chill overnight.
Serve with chips.
Serves 8 to 10.
