Fresh Apple Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. dry milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 c. finely chopped apple
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, dry milk, sugar, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
Beat egg with water.
Stir in apple and butter.
Add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened.
Batter will be stiff.
Fill 12 buttered 2 1/2-inch muffin cups 2/3 full.
