Stuffed Pepper Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut thin slice from stem end of pepper.
    Remove seeds; discard.
    In a skillet, saut onions and brown ground meat.
    Add remaining ingredients except peppers; mix well.
    Stuff peppers with mixture and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
