Cream Cheese Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 count) crescent rolls
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, separated
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Separate and spread 1 package of rolls in bottom of 12 x 14-inch pan.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until fluffy.
    Spread on rolls.
    Separate remaining rolls and carefully place on top of cream cheese mixture.
    Brush top with slightly beaten egg white.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden.
    Glaze with combined powdered sugar and boiling water.
    Drizzle over top.
    Cool and cut into strips.
