Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. orange jello
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
    1 large container Cool Whip
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Bring water and pineapple juice to a boil; add sugar and jello.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add pineapple and cheese. Refrigerate until mixture partially sets.
    Add Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate until firm.
