Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread.
    Spread with butter and place in greased pan.
    Cook sausage until crumbly and place on bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Combine half and half, eggs and salt.
    Spoon over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove 15 minutes before cooking.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes uncovered.
