Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar (minus a bit)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple syrup
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. ground cranberries
1 ground orange (pulp and rind)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
-
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup.
Stir to dissolve.
Chill until partly set.
Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
