Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth (broth from cooked chicken)
Preparation

Boil chicken and remove from bones.
Melt butter and mix into dressing mix.
Layer:
chicken, dressing mixture, can of cream of mushroom soup and can of broth.
Repeat, using cream of chicken soup instead of the mushrooms.
Top with remainder of buttered dressing mixture.
Bake, uncovered.
(One canister Stove Top stuffing mix may be used in place of Pepperidge Farm mix.)
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
