Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 sliced apples
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. white flour
1 c. wheat flour *
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
4 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients and blend in moist ingredients.
Pour in greased Bundt pan in layers starting with batter and ending with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
