Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 carton sour cream
    1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Simmer ground meat, garlic clove, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
    Beat in mixer the following:
    sour cream and cream cheese.
    Add the egg noodles, which have been cooked and coated with butter.
    Stir in 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
    Put all in casserole and heat thoroughly.
