Polish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck roast (boneless)
    4 qt. water
    celery leaves from 1 bunch celery
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Put chuck in water with celery leaves, salt, pepper and tomato soup.
    Simmer at a low boil until beef falls apart.
    In each soup bowl, put a large spoonful of rice and ladle soup over it.
