Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar, mix with buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating lightly after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add flour alternately with milk; begin and end with flour.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Pour into tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
