Microwave Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes, sliced
ham, cut in strips
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. each grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer potatoes, ham, broccoli and mushrooms in casserole.
Mix soup with milk and pour over casserole.
Top with cheeses.
Cook in microwave until potatoes are soft to touch, approximately 20 minutes.
