Oven "Fried" Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. baking potatoes
2 tsp. vegetable oil
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips. In medium bowl combine potato strips, oil and salt and pepper. Toss so that oil is thoroughly coating potatoes.
On nonstick baking sheet arrange potatoes, leaving space between strips.
Bake 20 minutes, turn potatoes over with a spatula and bake until brown and crisp, about 20 minutes more.
