Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. salt water
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Steam broccoli in water for 8 minutes, or until tender.
    Drain broccoli, reserving the salt water.
    Layer broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cut up cream cheese into salted water; melt over low heat.
    Pour over the broccoli.
    Top with grated cheese. Mix melted butter and Ritz cracker crumbs; stir until well coated. Sprinkle over broccoli and cheese mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
