Chef Salad(For One) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lettuce
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    chopped onions, green peppers and tomatoes
    1/4 c. steamed peas
    1/4 c. cauliflower
    1 Tbsp. Bac*Os
    1 slice ham or turkey, cut up
    1 oz. shredded low-fat cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and top with 2 tablespoons nonfat salad dressing.
    A very filling meal with less than 300 calories!
