Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Have cheese and butter at room temperature.
    Mix and add combined remaining ingredients.
    Roll in long roll.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice in wafers.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 (better if they do not brown).
    Use as an appetizer snack or like a cookie.
