Sugar Plum Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. prunes, cooked or 2 jars baby food
    1 tsp. nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in order given; stir in all other ingredients in order given.
    Pour batter into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
