Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread, torn in large pieces or light bread
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled or turkey bacon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or low-fat cheese
    6 eggs or 1 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 c. milk or skim milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper well.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Place bread, bacon and cheese in casserole. Pour milk and egg mixture evenly over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
