2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt and pepper
chopped onions
2/3 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of potato soup
Preparation

Mix. Spread in greased cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Spread grated Cheddar cheese; dot with butter and 1 cup Corn Flake crumbs and bake an additional 20 minutes.
