Ray'S Mexicali Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. toasted oats or bread crumbs
    2 egg whites
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chiles
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. shredded low-moisture Mozzarella
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, reserving 4 ounces tomato sauce for topping.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Bake, covered with remaining sauce, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until slightly brown on top.
