Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; add potatoes, soup, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
    Yields 12 servings.
