Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. stuffing mix (herb)
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli in water and salt for about 5 minutes.
Mix together soup, sour cream, carrots, onion, flour, pepper and broccoli.
Place in casserole dish.
Mix stuffing mix and butter. Place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
