Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon-lime carbonated beverage
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 bay leaf
    6 thick lean pork chops
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a glass or plastic container. Add pork chops, cover and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours. Remove chops from marinade.
    Grill 5 to 6 inches from moderate coals, turning frequently and basting with marinade, 35 to 40 minutes or until well done.
    Yields 6 servings.
