Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. Crisco
3 (7 oz.) cans peeled, chopped green chilies
1 large tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped (if you want hot dip)
salt to taste
2 lb. chunked cheese (Monterey Jack or your choice)
tostadas or tortilla chips
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in shortening.
Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese and simmer 20 minutes.
When ready to serve, add cheese to very hot sauce.
Remove from heat and let cheese melt.
Dip and eat.
