Broccoli With Chowder Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli or 3 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) New England clam chowder, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain well.
    Arrange broccoli in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish; set aside.
    Combine chowder, sour cream and salt; mix well.
    Spoon over broccoli.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 2 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
