Aunt Mae'S Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes elbow macaroni
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 medium cucumbers, chopped
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, rinse and drain.
    Add onions, cucumbers and tomatoes.
    Set aside.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
    Add to macaroni mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Keep in refrigerator.
