Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. half and half
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Cheddar cheese soup
    2 medium cabbage heads, chopped, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute
    onion,
    green
    pepper
    and garlic in butter in a small skillet.
    Combine
    cabbage with 2 cups of cheese, bread crumbs, salt
    and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
    Add sauteed vegetables. Mix
    and pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle
    with 1/2 cup cheese and pour the half and half over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
