Cheezy Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. paprika
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 tsp. seasoned salt or garlic powder
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Cook grits in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Combine the eggs (be sure to add a little hot grits while beating eggs so they don't curdle), paprika, butter or margarine, cheese, seasoned salt or garlic powder and Tabasco to taste and add to grits. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
