Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ring bologna
    1 green pepper
    2 medium onions
    3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Grind together the bologna, green pepper and onions.
    Put in kettle.
    Add the tomato juice, ketchup and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 4 hours.
    Makes 1 quart.
    Divide into small containers and freeze.
