Pina Colada Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat silken tofu
3/4 c. frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 c. low-fat coconut or pina colada flavored yogurt
1 Tbsp. flax seed oil
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1/3 c. water
Preparation

In a blender, mix tofu and pineapple chunks on whip setting for about 20 seconds until well incorporated. Next, add yogurt, flax seed oil, coconut extract and water. Serve immediately and freeze leftovers.
