Zucchini Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Stir flour, baking powder, soda, etc.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and add to flour mixture with zucchini and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove.
