Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson or Mazola)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
Preparation

Cream oil and sugar; combine with all dry ingredients.
Blend in eggs and buttermilk until well blended, then add food coloring. Bake at 350\u00b0.
