Rigatoni Alla Vodka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rigatoni
    1 1/2 c. chopped plum tomatoes
    2 tsp. shallots, minced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. vodka
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute shallots in pan with butter.
    When golden, remove from heat and add vodka.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta.
    Wait until flame subsides.
    Add chicken stock and tomatoes.
    Reduce over medium flame 2 minutes.
    Add cream, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Cook briefly.
    Toss with cooked pasta and add cheese.
