R. P.'S Crock-Pot Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round or Swiss steak
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water plus 1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    pinch of thyme
    halved mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces.
    Coat with flour, salt and pepper and brown on all sides.
    Remove meat.
    Brown onions. Alternate meat and onions in crock-pot.
    Mix remaining and pour over meat and onions.
    Cook 11 hours on low.
