Cheese-Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. uncooked grits
1/2 c. butter
3 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. paprika (sprinkled)
Preparation

Cook grits according to package. Add butter and cheese.
Stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and paprika, mixing well. Add a small amount of hot grits to eggs.
Stir well.
Stir egg mixture into remaining grits.
Lightly grease two 1-quart baking dishes.
Divide grits equally into dishes and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1
hour, uncovered.
