Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramel candy
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed on box.
    Add 1/2 cup Eagle Brand milk and butter.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Melt caramel squares and remainder of Eagle Brand milk in double boiler.
    Pour over the partly baked cake.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over this. Pour the remainder of batter over chips and nuts.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
